Then you will see many checked boxes for programs that either you dont need to autorun or programs that may need to like antivirus or firewall. You need to know which is which somewhat but if you dont know and you have alot. Disable everything and then go and reinstall you 3 key components. antivirus, antispyware and firewall and you are golden. well as long as you defrag as well.
